Initial enquiries will cost you nothing. In fact, you can keep enquiring for free until such time as we agree with you that fees are in place and the meter is running. We also offer a free planning evaluation service.
Ongoing support
If you decide to work with us in realising the full value potential of your property, we will work with you through to completion free of charge. Our payment will eventually come from the purchaser of your property.
Negotiated day rate
In the event of no sale intended, we will be pleased to negotiate a day rate with you and/or your organisation based upon your current situation and our current workload.
